By subscribing to AI First Contact or Elite Med Listings, you (the "Client") agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

• AI First Contact: Includes AI-powered chat, voice handling, review management, and lead automation tools.

• Elite Med Listings: Focuses on contact management, lead generation, and marketing automation for medical practices.

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and are billed in advance.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Set-up fees are required and non-refundable.

• Payments are processed via secure methods specified at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time up to the billing date.

• Cancellations must be made through written correspondence from the signing authority.

• No refunds will be issued for:

o Unused services within a billing cycle.

5. Data Management and Retention

• It is the client's responsibility to download and preserve all contacts and data before canceling.

• Upon cancellation, all stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

• We do not offer data backups or recovery services post-cancellation.

• Clients agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Prohibited activities include:

o Sending spam or unsolicited communications.

o Using the service for illegal activities.

• Violation of these rules may result in service termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Elite Local Listings Agency is not liable for:

o Loss of profits, data, or use of the service.

o Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the most recent one month subscription.

• Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

• Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of service private and secure.

• Confidential information includes business data, customer lists, and proprietary tools.
