1. Billing and Payments

• All subscriptions are billed month-to-month in advance.

• Set-up fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Payments cover services for a full month and are non-refundable if the subscription is canceled after the billing date.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time up to the billing date without additional charges.

• Cancellation requests must be made through written correspondence from the signing authority.

3. Data Preservation Responsibility

• It is the client's responsibility to download and preserve all contacts and data before canceling their subscription.

• Once a subscription is canceled:

o All data stored on our system will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

o We do not provide data backups or recovery services after cancellation.

4. No Refunds Policy

• No refunds will be issued for:

o Unused services within a billing cycle.

o Cancellations made after the billing date.

o Set-up fees or one-time charges.
